The location is fantastic. The room was clean & comfortable, large enough for a 3 seater couch as well as a queen size bed and had a table for 2 with room to move about.

Room was nice, had what we needed. Blinds were great and the room could be made really dark, which was nice. Location was perfect, and the parking was reasonable. Considering they are win the middle of renovations, check in was really smooth

We stay here every time we visit because of the location which is great. Within walking distance from a lot of things and plenty of restaurants/take aways etc however you are enough away from the road traffic/noise. Flinders Street station is a 5 minute walk and from there the CBD. You are close to Federation Square and the Casino and South Wharf DFO are also within walking distance. They were doing renovations whilst we were there which didn't really have an impact except when checking in/out as the Reception Desk was placed where there is a lot of people entering/exiting the building.
